个人简介
陈祥,电子科技大学长三角研究院(衢州)副研究员,2019年9月毕业于浙江大学药学院,获得生物信息学博士学位, 研究方向为疾病遗传信息学。已在J. Allergy Clin. Immunol., Bioinformactics, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Journal of Genetics and Genomics等期刊发表多篇论文。作为主要完成人获得江西省科学技术奖二等奖、参与国家科技部、国家自然科学基金和省级项目。
研究兴趣
利用生物信息学技术与机器学习,深入探索基因(不同类型基因组突变分析识别)、蛋白质(包括蛋白质相互作用、翻译后修饰及蛋白质结构)以及药物在疾病发生和治疗机制中的作用,特别是开发针对不同类型疾病的精准医疗数据库和应用。
