            Introduction
With the increasing aging of the global population, Alzheimer's disease (AD) has become an important health problem worldwide. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is considered a transitional zone between normal cognition and dementia. Unfortunately, there are no effective compounds or interventions that can stop or reverse the progression of AD. Therefore, it is important to predict the probability of MCI patients converting to AD.

In this work, 210 blood biomarkers were analyzed from 43579 AD patients and 4874 MCI patients accumulated in Hongkong from 2000 to 2019. Student's t-test finds that the average hemoglobin, hematopoietic cell transplantation, and red blood cells of AD are lower, while Neutrophil and white blood cell are higher, compared to MCI. The machine learning model was trained using those biomarkers, and the AUC reached 70%.
MAP can predict the risk of MCI patients converting to AD.
