Intelligent Design Breeding: My research focuses on the application of machine learning in genomic-to-phenotypic (G2P) prediction, which is a key component of Breeding 4.0.
Database Construction: To address the shortage of paired genomic and phenotypic datasets required for machine learning, I constructed BreedingAIDB, a comprehensive database integrating G2P data for rice, soybean, and maize.
