Objective
The
identification of disease-related microRNAs (miRNAs) is an essential but
challenging task in bioinformatics research. We have developed several related
methods on this problem.
- Friendly web servers were
developed and maintained.
- We try our best to avoid
overfitting problems.
- We have proposed and
improved several novel techniques,including random walks, miRNA-miRNA
similarity computation, etc.
