Ruiyan Hou (厚蕊燕)

Introduction

Ruiyan received her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Shaanxi Normal University, her M.S. in Cell Biology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and her Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of Hong Kong. During her doctoral studies, she conducted research exchanges at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She then pursued postdoctoral training at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is currently a faculty member at the Yangtze Delta Region Institute (Quzhou), University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC).

Shouzhen Song (宋首震)
Introduction

Shouzhen earned his bachelor's degree in Internet of Things Engineering from Harbin University of Commerce. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Communication Engineering at Xiamen University of Technology and is a visiting student at the institute. His research focuses on developing tools for detecting poly(A) sites in spatial transcriptomics data.

Tao Hong (洪涛)
Introduction

Tao earned his bachelor's degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of Technology. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Communication Engineering at Xiamen University of Technology and is a visiting student at the institute. His research focuses on the processing and analysis of echocardiographic data.
